A lot of time has passed since then and you grow and mature for the better.  It’s been along time since we all were in the same room together or even on the phone.  I truly believe everything happens for a reason.  I wish nothing but the best for all the guys and I hope their doing well.  I love the entertainment business and  believe me, it’s a business.  You take care of it, it will take care of you.  Since the break up of the group, I’ve continued my persuit to establish my place in the business we call the music industry.  Understanding things better know then I did then.  We all make mistakes. no one is perfect.  What’s important is that you grow and learn from your mistakes.

I think I’ll give the guys a call and see how their doing, who knows, maybe even a reunion, that would be so cool.  I’ve been blessed and fortunate enough to make a decent living doing what I love to do and my business is growing everyday.  I have nothing but love for the fellas and their families, hope they feel the same.  Appreciate what you have while you have it, treat people the way you would like to be treated, communication is the key to everything, relationship, friendship, business or band.  One Love, Keep God First!

Fellas, the best creation God ever made is a woman, appreciate that, cherish that.  Ladies  you have to know what  you want in order to get what you need.  No one is perfect.  Some of your demands are unreal.  Do you want a man or a fool?  Now ladies don’t get upset with me, these are things that need to be said and heard.  If your not that kind of woman it shouldn’t bother you, but if it pisses you off, then maybe it’s time to look in the mirror.  God is love and love is  great when you do it right.  God made man and woman for a reason and it wasn’t to be alone.  We as humans mess things up all the time.  Ladies you deserve to be treated special at all times, so demand it.  Fellas, does she have your back through the good and bad times, you know and so does she? 

We all have to change our ways and get with each other for the right reasons, not materialistic or sexual reasons.  Everything in a relationship is important, everything!  Fellas when was the last time you opened the door for your lady, did something nice for her without her having to ask or complain for it?  Ladies when was the last time you did something nice for your man and I don’t mean going to bed with him.  Something genuine, kind and from the heart.  Cook him a nice dinner sometimes, fellas, take her out sometimes, we all have to compromise and want nothing but the best for one another or eventually it will be over.  Fellas treat your lady the way you would want someone treating your mother or sister.  Ladies if your man lost his job today, would you help him get back on his feet or run to the next highest bidder?  One Love, keep God first!

Build your mailing list.   This is very important and effective.  It takes time to build but if you stay at it, it gets bigger and bigger.Attend other functions, hand out your business cards, get theirs.  Understand, no one makes it on there own, it takes team work and everyone being on the same page, at the same time.  Have a plan, start small, stay focused on your goals and most important, have patience.  Surround yourself around good and positive people that’s supportive but honest to you.  When you have a good support system, the skies  the limit.

Social Networking sites like Facebook, Myspace and Twitter are very powerful tools that’s affordable and effective.  Newsletters are also a great way to stay intouch with customers and continually promote yourself at the same time.  Networking/Mingling is an art in itself.  Don’t just talk about it, be about it.  It’s time to get off the couch, out of the basement, no excuses.  Anything you dream you can do.  One Love, Keep God First!

    When you think things are bad, believe me,  there’s always someone else  alot worse off,  stay positive.   When was the last time that you thanked God for the things that you do have, like the health of you and your family, a roof over your head, a hot meal to eat, running water, clean clothes and the opportunity to change the things in life that you don’t like.  Through God all things are possible.  Establish a serious relationship with him and you’ll see the difference. 

    Thank God for all your past and future blessings,  don’t  make the mistake and just  call on him when things are going bad, let him know you appreciate the good things too.    My God is a jealous God and will not  come second to anything or anyone.  It’s really not that complicated, we as humans complicate things way more then it has to be.  You can do anything you want to do, all you have to do is put your mind to it,  keep your head up.  One Love, Keep God First!

    Trust is something that is earned not given and once that trust is broken it’s very hard to get back.  When you respect yourself, family, friends, people in general, then you will not betray their trust.  If you have morals and values,  then you won’t disrespect  their’s.  Now on the other hand, if you are irresponsible, can’t be trusted and continue to have no remorse for your actions towards others, you probably don’t care about what anyone thinks or how they feel by your betrayal. 

    Love and Trust  go together and when done properly it’s one of the most beautiful things one could ever experience.  The key is simple, treat people the way you want to be treated.  Life is so short, God is Love, if you believe in God, share the love that he bestowes on us unconditionally.  Don’t take anyone you love or trust for granted.  If you love someone show them, if you want to be trusted earn it and keep it.  One Love, Keep God First!

The act of Introversion, ie:  Becoming withdrawn from family, friends, loved ones.

Depression, ie:  A Psycological disorder, also: becoming withdrawn from reality.

Low self esteem, ie:  Not having a confidence & satisfaction in oneself.  No self respect.

These are just a few signs to look for when you suspect that a friend,, loved one, family member or stanger may need help.

A battered woman will often blame herself for everything that goes “wrong” in her relationship.  She will make excuses for her batter’s violent attacks against her, whether they are in a physical, mental or emotional way.

The abuse can last for years, she will often forgive him because with each occurrence his promise that “it will never happen again” is something that she longs to hold onto and believe in.  She will desperately try to hide the bruises, the black eyes, the swollen lip……..but the emotional scar will last a life time.  This often continues to happen behind closed doors until someone intervene’s or that one fatal moment when it all ends in tragedy.

Domestic Violence against women:  It’s time to stand up and take a stand against this Crime against our Sisters of every nation!  One Love, Keep God First!

Sometimes their kindness is mistaken for weakness, but make no mistake about it, the strength of a woman has no limit and cannot be measured.  Sacraficing most things to ensure that their children will have a roof over their heads, a meal to eat and clothes on their backs, never complaining or making excuses.

Mothers deserve to be respected, loved, charished and taken care of at all times.    Tell her that you love her, show her that you care,  because when she’s gone, she’s gone,  it’s too late.   Check on her and see if she needs anything without her having to ask.  Treat her like the queen that she is and remember that a disobedient child will not live there days out!   One Love, Keep God First!

     It starts with truly having God in your life, then and only then can you forgive yourself and others and not hold on to all that negativity.  I made a mistake can I have another chance, have you ever made one?  Do you want to be forgiven or punished for the rest of your life for a mistake you made in the past?   Lets stop all this hatred of  one another, spreading rumors, at the same time smiling all up in each others face,  sitting all up in church talking about praise the lord and you can’t even forgive.  I forgive me, I forgive you, do you forgive?  Life is too short to waste.  One Love, Keep God First!

    When you get a man that wants to treat you like the queen that you are, don’t take his kindness for  weakness, he just understands your worth, do you?  It’s ok to have a little surprise for him when he gets home somtimes instead of saying “I don’t do that stuff”.  Don’t take your relationship too lightly, it needs the attention just like everything else that’s important to you.  Now I’m not “Woman Bashing”, just trying to enlighten you from a mans perspective on what’s up.  Ladies, don’t tear your man down, pick him up, encourage him, love him unconditionally.

    Know that we (men) are not perfect, no one is, but if we can work together, have each others back and most importantly keep God ahead of our lives, there’s nothing that we can’t overcome.  So don’t take this the wrong way, we’re just trying to communicate with you so you can understand how we feel.  We love and need you.  One Love, Keep God First!

    When was the last time you told her you love her?  When was the last time you showed her that you love her?   When was the last time not for any reason or  particular season you sent her a rose just because?  Chivalry is not dead, at least it shouldn’t be.  Fellas please take this advice from  me, a womans worth should be recognized immediately!  It shouldn’t take loosing her to realize that what you had good, now belongs to someone else!  One Love, Keep God First!
